Galvanised Mild Steel Grates and Frames

All Grates and Frames are hinged and supplied ready for bolt down if required. Other security devices such as Deadlocks and Security Bolts can also be provided to your specifications. G.M.S. sump grates can also be provided in a pre-cast concrete surround to further simplify the installation process. This is all the more relevant for pits which have bricked or poured insitu concrete. Custom sizes and loadings manufactured on request.

Grates and Frames are made to satisfy the requirements of AS1204 from Grade 250 Structural Steel.
Welding complies with all guidelines as set out in AS1554.
All components are hot dip galvanised after fabrication in accordance with AS1650.
All of Mascot's frames and grates are manufactured in accordance with the AS3902 Australian Standards where applicable.
Load ratings in accordance with the AS3996 where applicable.
