Optimised by Design

OrcaGreen Polymer Concrete allows us to optimise product geometry and reduce reliance on heavy, virgin raw materials. This enables the creation of lighter components compared to traditional concrete, making them easier to handle and install while still delivering exceptional structural strength and long-term durability.

Recycled Content

Australian landfill continues to receive hundreds of thousands of tonnes of glass each year. Australians consume approximately 1.36 million tonnes of glass packaging annually, with more than 500 kilotonnes ultimately disposed of in landfill.

OrcaGreen Polymer Concrete replaces virgin quarried materials such as sand with discarded materials including recycled gravel and glass types that cannot be recovered through conventional recycling streams. With up to 80% recycled content in the dry aggregate blend, OrcaGreen helps divert glass bottles from landfill, delivering environmental benefits and supporting the circular economy.
