The new Sunshine West centre is equivalent to one and half MCG’s… it’s the largest in Victoria and was completed in 2021, just in time for the Christmas influx of parcels.

Mascot Engineering was chosen to supply custom precast concrete LV & HV Pits for the project.  Our custom concrete and logistics teams worked closely with the contractor to provide precast units directly to site with conduit entries and bellmouths in place.  The client chose precast HV & LV Pits to save valuable time and resources that would have been needed to pour the pits in-situ.
