To save time and labour building and pouring on site, Mascot Engineering was engaged to manufacture a custom precast Kiosk Substation Base and Cover Slab for a power upgrade at Liverpool Hospital in Sydney’s South West.

Working closely with our client and the project engineers, our team proposed a precast solution utilising our patented segmented pit design which was approved and manufactured locally for the project.

Essential to the brief was minimal disruption to the busy hospital and the surrounding community.  The precast segmented substation base was installed at night and quickly in only a few hours.
