Full Circle Farm is a purpose-built thoroughbred breeding and training facility in Victoria’s Lancefield–Romsey region, developed for Australian racing figure Michael Drapac. Also known as Full Circle Stables, the facility brings together custom-designed stabling, horse exercise infrastructure and dedicated wash bays, with an emphasis on comfort, safety and practical everyday operation.
Technodrain’s Evomax GMS channel system was installed to help manage surface water around the facility’s buildings. Combining durable HDPE channels with galvanised mild steel grating, the system provides a Class B rated drainage solution that integrates neatly into the surrounding concrete apron.
Continuous channel runs alongside the buildings collect runoff to help limit water accumulation on hardstand areas. Installed flush with the concrete surface, the grating creates a tidy finish that complements the facility’s design.
Part of Mascot’s Technodrain range, Evomax GMS features protective steel edge rails and boltdown heelproof grating. Together, these protect the channel edges and help keep the grates stable during use. Preassembled one-metre sections join using tongue-and-groove connections, making it straightforward to create drainage runs suited to the site layout.
The channel body is manufactured from 100% recycled HDPE, offering lightweight handling and a smooth internal profile to assist water flow. The Full Circle Farm installation showcases a practical modular drainage solution that combines durability, ease of installation and a neat appearance.
