Class E & Class G Drainage Solution
The Magnum 300 is the largest and heaviest duty linear drainage channel and grate system in our range.
Designed and engineered for infrastructure, the Magnum 300 Class E and Class G systems are ideal for roads, ports, airports and heavy industrial applications.
Whilst a traditional grate and frame is generally used, the Magnum 300 provides an alternative for clients seeking a channel to assist with installation. With a protective iron edge rail shielding the HDPE edge, the Magnum 300 product is built to last.

Boltdown
Unauthorised access is prevented with the inclusion of a boltdown facility – eight bolts per metre.
Modular & Pre-Assembled
Magnum 300 is fitted with a tongue and groove ends allowing for easy and simple joining of the one 500mm channels to create the length you need without fussy fixings and fittings.
Each preassembled 500mm length of Magnum channel has a Ductile Iron grate and four boltdown facilities.
Installing extra heavy duty channel and grate products can be difficult, the Magnum 300 is in 500mm pre-assembled sections with the Class E weighing 25kg and the Class G weighing 34kg.
Non-Rocking
To prevent grates rocking, the protective edge frame fitted to the Magnum range provide a level surface that when paired with the boltdown facility reduces the chance of grates rocking whilst subject to traffic.
Hydraulic Flow & Knock-Outs
Magnum ductile iron Class E and particularly the Class G grates are designed to maximise efficiency, to assist with high flow rates. The internal channel of the Magnum 300 is smooth and rounded (self cleaning) whilst each channel is fitted with pipe outlet points in both the sides and base.

Standards & Compliance
Magnum is part of the Technodrain range of products manufactured by Asoplast in Italy and brought to Australia by Mascot Engineering. As with all European products, they are tested to the load ratings found in EN1433 (their version of AS3996). This product is independently tested to load rating D400 (400kN – AS3996 Class E is 240kN) and F900 (900kN – AS3996 Class G is 900kN) and copies of test certificates as well as declaration of performance certificates are available.
