Strong Iron Grate – Class B
Wavedrain’s unique grate is manufactured from strong Ductile Iron and load tested to 12.5 tonne (exceeding Class B requirements) making it ideal for residential installations when strength and longevity are paramount.
Heelproof & Boltdown
With grate slots of 6mm, Wavedrain is pedestrian, wheelchair and bicycle friendly whilst being boltdown to prevent unauthorised access.
Modular & Pre-Assembled
Wavedrain is fitted with a tongue and groove ends allowing for easy and simple joining of the one metre (1m) channels to create the length you need without fussy fixings and fittings.
Each preassembled 1m length of Wavedrain channel has two grates (500mm each) allowing drainage lengths to be cut to half metre pieces without cutting the grate.
Weighing in at only 6kg per metre, the pre-assembled trench drain is simple and easy to install on site.

Standards & Compliance
Wavedrain is part of the Technodrain range of products manufactured by Asoplast in Italy and brought to Australia by Mascot Engineering. As with all European products, they are tested to the load ratings found in EN1433 (their version of AS3996). This product is independently tested to load rating B125 and copies of test certificates as well as declaration of performance certificates are available.
